RECORDS OFFICER
INFORMATION SERVICES AND RESEARCH TEAM
The Director of Catholic Education in Western Australia invites
applications for the above part-time (0.6FTE) temporary position, to
commence as soon as possible and conclude on 31 December 2011.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the administration of
the electronic records management system and records management.
Interested applicants must possess the following essential selection
criteria:
* Minimum of two years experience in a similar role
* Demonstrated knowledge, experience and skill in records and
information management systems and processes, including Business
Classification systems and Retention and Disposal schedules
* Demonstrated experience with the administration of HP Trim
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively
communicate at all levels of the organisation
* High computer literacy skills
* Demonstrated analytical skills including problem solving
identification and initiative
* Fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic
education
A current Federal Police Clearance/100 Point Identification Check must
be provided by the successful applicant.
