New Plymouth District Council have a vacancy in the Administration
Services Team of Support Services for a person to assist with the
provision of records management services and advice to all groups within
the council.

 

Applicants for the position should have:

 

*          Knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices
of records and archives.

*          Experience using both technologically based and physical
records systems.

*          Certificate or Diploma in Records Management preferred or
study towards.

*          The ability to think logically, work methodically and show
initiative, cope with pressure and work as part of a team.

*          Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build
relationships with people from all areas of the business.

*          Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

If you have the above qualities and would like to be part of an
energetic team you may by the person we are looking for.

 

The remuneration for the position is $43,412 (85 per cent) to $51,073
(100 per cent) per annum.
