Dear Curtin Staff members

 

The Curtin Careers Team is commencing a new initiative in 2010 called
'Careers in...... seminars' to provide cross-discipline career related
information on a series of specific occupational/industry topics of
interest to students, using guest speakers from industry. These events
are available to all staff and students at Curtin.

 

We would appreciate if you also promote these events to students. 

 

 

Careers in Government: May 5th 5-6pm. 204.125 Shilbury Lecture Theatre.

1.	Louise Hill: Senior project officer with the Department of
Health, Physio and working towards MBA.  
2.	Hannah Eames: Senior Policy Officer Urban Planning and
Facilities. Department of Culture and the Arts. 
3.	Mitch Whalan: Project Manager. Landcorp.
4.	Bevan Fernandez: Department of Mines and Petroleum. Dangerous
Goods Officer.
5.	Elizabeth Gorey: Project Manager. Department of Building and
Works

 

Careers in International Aid: May 19th 5-6pm. 302.002. (National Career
Development Week)

1.	Julia McGrath- Australian Red Cross- International Humanitarian
Law Officer

Development Week)
