Subject: [WAIN] Temporary full-time contract positions

 

Good afternoon,

 

The Department of Agriculture and Food has a couple of temporary
full-time contract positions available from April until 30th June.

 

Duties may include:

- Boxing records

- Auditing records to boxes and shelf locations with a hand held scanner

-  Basic file creation data entry on the records management system,
Objective

- Indexing documents into Objective

- Attaching documents to specified files

- Physically creating files

- Moving consignments of boxes around the Archive Storage Area

 

These positions would be suitable for students or individuals with some
basic records experience in indexing and records management. Applicants
must be physically able to move and lift boxes of records.

 

Renumeration for these positions will be at the State Government Level 1
salary, which is $38,170 pa.
