This is my first posting to WAIN!  

There is a job opportunity at FESA (Fire and Emergency Services) for
anyone looking for part time work.  The following advert also appears on
jobs wa.

 

Title: Coordinator Records Services (0.5FTE)

Level: 4

Location: 4th Floor FESA House

Position No: P2039

Expressions of interest are called from personnel wishing to be
considered for the above

job opportunity. The successful applicant will be required to have the
following

skills/attributes.

Key Requirements:

Facilitates the implementation of the FESA records and document
management system.

Responsible for developing and maintaining quality records management
services.

Resolves reccord system problems and implements solutions.

Selection Criteria:

* Experience in records management including retention and disposal of
records

within the Public Sector.

* Experience in the development, application and maintenance of a
Records

Management System.

Commencement Date: As soon as possible

Cessation Date: Three months with a possible 3 month extension.

Additional Information: You will be working a 5 day fortnight:

Week 1 - Monday & Tuesday

Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
