L3 Business Analyst, EDMS
Attractive salary of around $65K + superannuation + benefits
The Reserve Bank is Australia's central bank whose main responsibilities
include monetary policy, maintaining financial system stability and the
efficient operation of the payments system. The RBA currently has an
excellent employment opportunity available in our Information Management
Division. This position is part of a team responsible for the design,
implementation and maintenance of TRIM Context throughout the Bank.
Ideally, the successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
* An outgoing, confident and friendly disposition * Ability to work as
part of a team * Good organisational skills * Reliability and
efficiency* Strong customer focus * Flexibility, with a positive
attitude * Excellent written and oral communication skills *
Professional presentation and work ethic * A desire and ability to learn
new skills.
To fulfil the role of Business Analyst, EDMS you will have a sound
working knowledge and experience of TRIM Context or equivalent EDMS, in
an electronic environment and demonstrated experience in the preparation
and presentation of individual and group training sessions. A strong
customer focus is required to assist in the operation of our TRIM
Service Desk and experience in the administration of scanning programs
would also be highly regarded. The ability to maintain and review the
Bank's functional business classification scheme and integrate it with
the TRIM Classification Plan and previous supervisory experience is also
desirable.
Key Skills:
* Working knowledge of TRIM Context in an electronic environment *
Demonstrated experience in training * A strong customer focus *
Experience with scanning programs.
