Library Technician 

 

Methodist Ladies' College currently has an exciting opportunity for an
experienced and qualified Library Technician, to join our busy
middle/senior school library resource centre. The successful applicant
will be able to commence in this part time (0.75 FTE) position as soon
as possible.

 

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining procedures and
systems for managing our library resources. 

 

You will be flexible and committed to providing a quality library and
information service 

 

You will have:

*                     The relevant Library Technician Qualifications
(eligible for ALIA membership)

*                     Excellent communication and customer service
skills

*                     Well developed information and communication
technology skills

*                     Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

*                     The ability to work self-directed, but also to
work collaboratively in a team
