[Hum-DIS] Student Library Assistant vacancies at Curtin University Library

Any library studies students looking for casual or part time work as a Library Assistant at Curtin Library? We currently have some work available in our Resources & Access Unit  (acquisitions and cataloguing) and expect other opportunities to arise through the year. 

We invite Library Studies students to lodge an expression of interest in working with us? All you need do is provide your name and contact details, a brief indication of any library or other relevant experience you might have had, and days/times when you are available. We would like to receive the expressions of interest by first thing Monday 23 March. They should be emailed to me at:

 k.tang at curtin.edu.au 

Library Assistants are paid at HEGS Level 3 for which the casual rate is currently $24.92 per hour. 

If we get more expressions than we need at the moment, we'll create a pool of applicants that we can approach as we need people.
