This is an exciting opportunity to join the recently established
University Information Management (UIM) team as we lead the way in
managing information at Curtin.  

Under Curtin's newly revised RKP and associated policies, these
Information Officers will work and collaborate with clients to ensure
records management practices are effective and comply with these
policies.  The Information Officers work closely with the Information
Services Co-ordinator, Manager Information Services and other members of
the UIM team to ensure that the information services activities are
aligned with the UIM Operational Plan, the Curtin Information Plan and
the flow Strategy. This role provides a significant contribution to the
achievement of the University's global information management agenda, in
support of the University's strategic, teaching, research and service
goals.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate some experience working in an
information management environment and be working towards a relevant
qualification.

Benefits and Remuneration
The salary ranges presented are those which are contained within the
University's Certified Agreements.  An individual may negotiate an
alternative salary arrangement under an Individual Transitional
Employment Agreement (ITEA).

Employee benefits include up to 17 percent employer superannuation
contribution, study assistance, a comprehensive salary packaging
program, and flexible and family friendly work practices in a
cosmopolitan community at a convenient location.

Eligibility
