Duties: As part of the Personal records team under general direction
assist in provision of timely, effective and efficient service to
personal records depositors, including but not limited to: undertake the
transfer, arrangement and description of records, including research and
analysis of the existing documentation; prepare and amend person and
series registration on the NAA online database RecordSearch, as well as
item level descriptions; respond to depositor's requests for information
and services, such as delivery of boxes, collection of records, lending
requests and returns; liaise with other sections of the Archives as
required; contribute to the development and maintenance of Personal
Records procedures and guidelines; undertake administrative duties as
required.
Eligibility Requirements: This position is a designated security
assessed position. The successful applicant will be required to undergo
a security clearance.
