Subject: [WAIN] Cataloguer position

Cataloguer - 6 months with possible extension or permanency

Norilsk Nickel is seeking a cataloguer to work in the Osborne Park offices of their process technology division. A new Knowledge Centre is being established, and the cataloguer is required to catalogue mainly in-house reports, but also some published material, under limited supervision.

Requirements:

*	librarian/library technician qualification
*	3+ years cataloguing experience
*	experience using Textworks and WebPublisher
*	familiarity with UDC

Day visits to sites around Kalgoorlie might be required to assess information stored locally. At this stage, the bulk of the work will be done in the Osborne Park offices, but the potential exists for some cataloguing to be done on site further down the track if this suits the successful applicant. Once the cataloguing is completed, the position might evolve into that of an ongoing part/full-time nature, depending on the work load. The salary range envisaged is $55-$65K (plus company incentive plan) on a fixed-term contract with pro-rata leave, etc.
