Allens Arthur Robinson - Part Time Library Assistant, Perth Office

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic part-time Library
Assistant (2.5 days/week or equivalent) at Allens Arthur Robinson, a law
firm with offices in Australia and Asia. This Library Assistant position
is in the Perth Office.

Working with the Library team you will provide a quality library service
and be responsible for the following; filing and coordinating looseleaf
and hardcopy services, assisting Reference Desk staff, coordinating
shelving and shelf checking, updating distribution lists and databases,
copy cataloguing and mail processing and occasional outside attendance
to other libraries, firms and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a legal or professional
services environment or currently be undertaking library studies, have a
high level of attention to detail, excellent written and verbal
communication skills, an ability to work as part of a team, an
outstanding commitment to customer service and a good working knowledge
of Microsoft Office applications. Experience in the use of
electronic/online library management systems in the provision of library
services will be an advantage.

General office hours are from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. There is
some flexibility with the days and hours to be worked.
