Good afternoon and apologies for cross posting

Information Enterprises Australia is seeking applications for a vacancy
for our Client based in West Perth.  Our Client is in the mining
industry and has a vacancy for an experienced Information Management
Coordinator for a 6 -12 month contract.  The Client is offering a salary
of $70K - $80K per annum (excluding superannuation).

Scope of position:

The main purpose of this position is to design, implement and deliver
records and information management systems, processes and services for
key business areas to enable the organisation to effectively manage its
information asset.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

Qualifications:
- Tertiary level education, with formal qualifications in Records
Management or Information Management.
- Be eligible for professional membership of the Records Management
Association of Australasia or equivalent professional association i.e.
Institute of Information Managers; Australian Society of Archivists.

Experience and Knowledge:
- Practical application of qualifications in a business environment.
- Practical experience and skill in the implementation and delivery of
records and information management systems and processes in a business
environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Records Management processes and practices
including classification and retention and disposal.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
- Detailed understanding and experience of electronic records and
information management systems.
- Thorough awareness of information management industry practices,
standards and developments including awareness of ISO/AS 15489 Records
Management.
- Practical knowledge of the delivery of a corporate library service.

Skills:
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to develop and implement records and information management
policies, standards and procedures.
- Ability to negotiate and balance priorities at all levels of the
organisation.
- Ability to use appropriate Microsoft Office tools. 
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Facilitation skills.
- Ability to encourage the development of corporate-wide understanding
of information management and the benefits of an information-sharing
culture
- Presentation skills.
- Ability to train staff in the use of systems and processes related to
information management.
- Problem-solving, opportunity identification and initiative.
- Project management
- Time management, task prioritisation and organisation skills
