Library Officer - Part-time Role
Average 15 hrs week (45 hours every 3 weeks) Wednesday (1.00pm -
8.00pm), Thursday (9.20am - 5.00pm) and every third Sunday (1.45pm -
5.00pm).
Library Officer - Part-time Role 12 Month Contract Average 19 hrs week
(57 hours every 3 weeks).
Monday (8.45am- 5.30pm), Tuesday (8.45am - 5.30pm) and every third
Saturday (9.00am - 4.00pm) and Sunday (1.45pm - 5.00pm).
Join our Library & Heritage Services Team responsible for:
* Provision of a quality customer service, including assisting with
reference and information requests
* Processing and carrying out repairs to library items
* Library shelf maintenance
Requirements
* High level of customer services skills
* High level of written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of library service procedures
* Knowledge of common reference tools
* Well-developed ability to use corporate computer systems.
A salary range of $37,806.72 - $42,529.02 (pro rata) PLUS weekend
penalties, $7/day transport allowance, up to 18% superannuation and
generous work/life benefits are offered.

Library Programs Officer - Full-time, Part-time or Job Share
The City of Subiaco is looking for a motivated and creative individual
to join our Library & Heritage Services team and be responsible for:
* Coordination and promotion of library programs, awards and events
* Development of future library programs
* Providing a reference and information service to library patrons
Requirements
* Ability to develop, coordinate, implement and promote library
programs, awards and events
* High level of organisational ability in planning, prioritising and
achieving outcomes to deadlines
* High level of customer services skills and experience
* High level of written and verbal communication skills
* Sound knowledge of library service procedures and common reference
tools
* Well-developed ability to use corporate computer systems
* Completed or studying towards an appropriate qualification or
equivalent industry experience.
A salary range of $46,881- $50,411 PLUS weekend penalties, $7/day
transport allowance, up to 18% superannuation and generous work/life
benefits are offered.
