Me again
I can well understand why out spam filer does not like "ass" - it must
be the US version :-)

Dear all,
Further to Kerry's message, if referring to an assignment in the heading
please do not title the email 'ass 1' or 'ass 2' etc.
It seems that our filter does not like the word 'ass' (!) and the email
may be junked.

Dear all
There are many of you out there and we can't always remember in which
unit you are enrolled. Our plea is: when emailing us on ANY matter
please: Put your student number AND a clear message in the Subject line
regarding your enquiry, e.g. The Unit name and number as well as your
student number. And sign off with the name in which you are enrolled at
Curtin.
Messages that have a subject line: "Prac" OR "hello" OR "hi from X"
are not at all helpful and might get trashed without reading as we get
heaps of emails and not only from students.
Kerry
