RECORDS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - CORPORATE SUPPORT UNIT Band 5 $49,235- $52,501 per annum 


The City is recognised throughout the state as a leader in innovative electronic record keeping.  An exciting opportunity has arisen to fill the new position of Records Operations Coordinator, a results driven role that is responsible for managing a team of six Records Officers to efficiently and accurately operate the City's electronic Record Keeping System (TRIM Context 6), and to assist in training and educating City staff in the use of TRIM and record keeping procedures through a structured training program.  This role includes providing leadership and support to Records Officers, coordinating and participating in records management operations and assisting in the development and implementation of records and information management strategies and practices.
