Key Objectives:
* Manage Corporate Documents, Records and Workflow Management
service to meet the needs of the organisation. Co-ordinate the
implementation of the Freedom of Information Act
* Assist in the development and implementation of the Section's
Business Plan.
* Provide leadership and direction to the Records Management
section staff and assist in the review and re-engineering of existing
business processes and in the development of new processes.
* Responsibility for the management and development of staff,
services and resources of the Section.
