Good morning and apologies for cross posting for a second time today,
Information Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd has a vacancy for an
experienced Records Officer for our Client based in the City. The
contract is initially for 2 months and the hours of work are 2 days per
week. The contract is to start ASAP.
The main duties are to:
- Manage the creation of electronic and paper files using the approved
Corporate Thesaurus.
- Manage the retrieval and return of files/boxes held in off-site
storage locations.
- Provide support and assistance to clients in the management and
control of electronic and paper records, file management and general
procedures.
- Ensure document management practices with respect to file management
are in line with the technical requirements of the application of
legally approved file classification scheme.
- Ensure that archiving work is performed according to legally approved
file classification scheme and Retention and Disposal Schedule.
