Hi Wainers

The Department of Agriculture and Food is looking for a suitable person
to assist in adding metadata to its archival image collection. All
training will be provided by an experienced cataloguer. The work
requires use of the CAMS Agricultural Thesaurus. 
 
The position is for 22 hours per week. Apart from initial training, the
officer can work at negotiated times and days. Good computer skills and
accurate spelling are essential, with keyboarding skills an advantage.
The person will be working at the South Perth (Kensington Campus) which
is on the Curtin University Bus Route 55, and other frequent bus
services are close at hand. Free parking and bike sheds available on
site. Salary range PS level 1 (pro rata) depending on skills and
experience. 
 
The successful applicant will start immediately, and the position will
continue through until the end of the year.
