This job could be a nice little earner given that the salary is based 
on the NSW award which offers much higher pay for librarians and 
archivists than other states because it recognises the work value of 
what librarians and archivists do. There are quite a few articles on 
this award and there is currently a discussion about pay rates for 
archivists on the Aus-Archivists list which may well be of interest.
