<p style="direction: ltr; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"><b>Dr Kathryn Taylor,</b> winner of the 2023 Robin Winkler Award for outstanding research in community psychology, will discuss the best trauma informed approaches to working with homelessness.
This is a critical skill for those of us working with clients who have trauma histories and/or live in poverty. She will also address how psychologists can help end homelessness in Australia.</p>

</b>former President of the World Psychiatry Society AND International Women’s Mental Health Association, co-authored a highly influential Lancet article last year calling for the transformation of the mental health system. We are so honoured that she agreed
to speak to community psychologists and allies about how we can transform from biomedical mental health services to a biopsychosocial mental health system. You’ll have the opportunity to share your ideas and ask her questions directly during the session.</p>
