explores the dimensions of advocacy, and the opportunities and challenges </span>
<span style="color:rgb(49,132,155); font-family:Arial,sans-serif; font-size:10pt">in using research and evaluation as a basis for advocacy. Two key questions will be addressed: Does advocacy weaken the credibility of an evaluation? How can an explicit values
base support good evaluation? Emma and Delwyn </span><span style="color:rgb(49,132,155); font-family:Arial,sans-serif; font-size:10pt">will draw on learnings from an advocacy research project they have been working on in Victoria, and from the literature.
