As with past biennials, proposal submission and review will be handled through All Academic, Inc.
<strong><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">The All-Academic system will be ready to accept proposals on or about October 30th, 2012</span></strong>. To submit a proposal, please select the "submit your proposal" link on the
<a href="http://www.scra27.org/biennial/2013_biennial" target="_blank">SCRA website</a> and follow the instructions.
<strong><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">The deadline for receipt of program proposals is: 11:55 PM (EST), Monday December 10th, 2012.</span></strong>

CONFERENCE SITE INFORMATION <br>
<br>
The conference will take place at the <a href="http://www.miami.edu/" target="_blank">
University of Miami's</a> Coral Gables campus in Miami, Florida. <br>
<br>
The conference will begin on Wednesday June 26th with a welcome reception in the afternoon, and conclude on Saturday evening, June 29th. Pre-conference sessions will take place during the day on Wednesday, June 26th.
<br>

Details about conference registration, including travel, lodging and transportation arrangements, and conference accessibility, will be provided on the
<a href="http://www.scra27.org/biennial/2013_biennial" target="_blank">SCRA website</a> and in the Preliminary Conference Program which will be available in March 2013. All presenters must register for the conference and pay registration fees.
