Or equal opportunities for all?</b>". <div>
<br></div><div>The book is the outcome of a research seminar convened under the EU-CoE Youth Partnership Program. </div><div><br></div></span></font></div><div></div>
<div><span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);"><font class="yiv835578633Apple-style-span" face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><div>David Fryer was the keynote speaker of the event and the first chapter of the book is based on his talk. This chapter has since been translated into French and Italian.</div>
