<p><span style="font-family:'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size:10pt">The conference is an occasion to celebrate women's action, agency, initiatives, health and wellbeing, locally and globally, and to critically reflect on how we, as researchers, practitioners,
scholars, activists, friends, and neighbours, embody/facilitate these rich processes. The focus will be critical reflection on valuing women's and children's situated experience in their diverse life contexts through a feminist perspective to psychological
theories, research, policies, policy development and practice, and exploration of impacts on women and children. </span><span style="font-family:'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size:10pt">We aim for multi-disciplinary submission of abstracts relevant to the conference
theme and attendance by psychologists, social workers, counsellors, GPs, mental health practitioners, nurses, community workers, school teachers, policy analysts, public health officers. Students are especially invited to attend and encouraged to submit abstracts. </span></p>

<em><span style="font-family:'Arial','sans-serif'">Guardian</span></em> suggested that her recent book,
<em><span style="font-family:'Arial','sans-serif'">Delusions of gender: The real science behind sex differences,</span></em> could have far-reaching consequences as significant as
<em><span style="font-family:'Arial','sans-serif'">The Female Eunuch</span></em>." She is currently a Senior Research Associate at the Centre for Agency, Values & Ethics at Macquarie University, and an Honorary Research Fellow at the Department of Psychological
Sciences at the University of Melbourne.<br>

Include panel title, names of
panel organizer and, panel presenters, and titles and abstracts of papers of 20 minutes each. There will be 30 minutes for questions to the panel and discussion following presentations.</span>
</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12pt"><strong><span style="font-family:'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size:10pt">Interactive workshops:</span></strong><span style="font-family:'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size:10pt"> either 45 minutes or 1.5 hours. Include
name(s) of facilitator(s), title of workshop, and must clearly outline the rationale and what participants can expect from the workshop. </span>
</li><li class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-family:'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size:10pt">Creative works:</span></strong><span style="font-family:'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size:10pt"> may include visual arts works, creative writing, performance, video etc.
