<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><FONT size=2><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'; FONT-SIZE: 12pt">The APS College of Community Psychologists is co-hosting a discussion forum with St Kilda Youth Service (SKYS) regarding youth workers engaging with mental health professionals.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'; FONT-SIZE: 12pt">Special guest Debra Rickwood is Chair of headspace Canberra and </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana">Professor of Psychology at the Centre for Applied Psychology, University of Canberra. She is a community psychologist who researches in the areas of young people’s help-seeking behaviour; factors affecting mental health and wellbeing, including alcohol and other drug use; promotion, prevention and early intervention for mental health; recovery from mental illness; and health service evaluation. </SPAN></FONT><FONT size=1><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'">Her focus for the forum is on mental health literacy of youth workers, entry points and access to mental health services. Her presentation will be followed by panel discussion with local youth workers and mental health clinicians. </SPAN></FONT></P>
