The
Postdoctoral Research Fellow will be required to assist the Professor
of
Nursing (Mental Health Nursing) in developing and undertaking the
mental health
research program of the School. The research program is focused on
projects that
respond to the mental health needs of individuals, families and the
community
across a range of health care settings include </span><span
style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: "Palatino Linotype";">acute,
rehabilitation and long term care in in-patient
and diverse community care settings. Research projects are situated
within a
philosophy of recovery and aimed to: provide evidence to guide clinical
practice in the mental health care arena; respond to evolving mental
health
care approaches; and be responsive to the future roles of mental health
professionals and the evolution of mental health nursing.<o:p></o:p></span>

The position will be health-oriented (so may include psychology, health
economics, etc.) and not necessarily only nursing and the applicant
should have skills in a triangulated research methods. See Attached for
