Lead by keynote speakers Michael Scriven, Jennifer Greene and Saville Kushner, over 150 presentations will contribute to discussions on the question of what is the role evaluation plays in shaping a better future, how is evaluation effected by and how does it affect priorities, address pragmatics, negotiate power and realise promises.
