[Commpsych] community participation in community health forum (victoria)

The Community Participation in Community Health Network  invites you to be part of the steering group for our first Community Participation in Community Health Centres Network Forum.
This inaugural forum will bring together staff, Board members and consumers of Community Health organisations from across the state to:
*          Share current projects
*          Showcase models of best practise
*          Explore the challenges of integrating consumer     participation with service delivery
*          Network
The Forum will be held in Melbourne on MONDAY 8TH OCTOBER 2012

This Forum will be planned and delivered collaboratively by Community Health Organisations from across Victoria together with Health Issues Centre.
A steering group is meeting once on 7th August 2012 and once again on 18th September 2012 to prepare for the Forum.
