Dear all,
Here is where we are in relation to members of our various writing 
groups (each group is tasked with writing a short piece to hand over to 
the presenter team who are going to Barcelona). As you'll see we need 
volunteers for all groups (particular those on 'conference outputs', 
'conference links' and 'inclusion' where we have no writers at present. 
We also need each group to identify a convenor (to push their team 
along). Each group is open to all.

I suggest a deadline of June 11th 12pm GMT
for each group needs to produce
i) a 300 word (max) section for a written proposal
And, if they have time,
ii) a 3-5 min audio presentation (e.g., speaker notes) and visual 
presentaiton ( powerpoint slides)

Please send these to me (Paul.Duckett at vu.edu.au) and I will pull them 
together, do final edit and send to presenting team by June 15th for 
them to do final edits in time for barcelona presentation.
