Dear everyone

The International Congress in Applied Psychology is fast approaching, with over 3000 psychologists gathering in Melbourne in the first 2 weeks of July (scary thought!)

I've attached flyers with details of several workshops that anyone can attend, independent of the conference itself, as well as my personal list of highlights across community, critical, environmental, Indigenous and peace psychology (and a smattering of feminism as well). Some of us old enough to have attended the 1988 International Congress in Sydney remember it fondly as a life-changing event, or at least career-inspiring. So I strongly urge you to take up this once-in-a-quarter-century opportunity.

If you can't activate the links below, just go to the conference website www.icap2010.com <http://www.icap2010.com/> where all will be revealed (but read the attachments first)

Heather

ICAP workshops of interest to
community psychologists

Australia's biggest ever psychology conference is almost here!

11-16 July 2010 - Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre

The International Congress of Applied Psychology (ICAP), incorporating the APS Annual Conference for 2010, is a wonderful opportunity for all Australian psychologists.

All presentations and workshops have been endorsed for APS generalist CPD points, so it's time to select and register for workshops and to identify which keynote addresses and papers are of particular interest to you. For those yet to register or considering a day registration, the updated program is now available.
