Reporting to the General Manager, you will contribute to the planning, design & evaluation of a variety of programs. You will be responsible for providing clinical & team leadership, program development & service coordination to the inner eastern team of EDAS (Eastern Drug & Alcohol Services), Eastern HARP Psychosocial Service & public and private Psychology & Social Work Services. To secure this position you will possess:

*	
	Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or another relevant discipline 
*	
	Extensive experience and clinical skills in the alcohol & drug field and with complex clients 
*	
	Significant experience in leading teams and providing clinical supervision 
*	
	Well developed interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a broad range of people and agencies
