What has or is happening on the international level?

What has or is happening on the national level?

What has or is happening on the state level?

What has or is happening on regional//local level?

 

 

 

AIM OF THIS CONFERENCE

This Conference will aim to provide an opportunity to address how the
rights of indigenous peoples, as contained in the UN Declaration on the
Rights of Indigenous Peoples, are respected or have been violated and to
create an environment for discussion and recommendations. 

 

THIS CONFERENCE WILL DRAW UP RECOMMENDATIONS FOR STATE AND NATIONAL
CONSIDERATION.

The Program will be broken up into five sessions, each with a period set
aside for workshop /discussions, with a view to delegates, being led by
an experienced Facilitator, to develop resolutions or recommendations
which will go forward with the final report to the UNAA National
Council, Federal and State Governments, WFUNA (World Federation of UN
Associations) and to the United Nations. Your participation is
important.
