Subject: APS Conference - Brisbane 2007

Dear College Members,

I want to encourage you to come and share your ideas, research,
experiences and questions at the 42nd APS Conference being held Tuesday
to Saturday September 25 to 29, 2007 at the Brisbane Conference and
Exhibition Centre in Queensland.

The College will have its own themed day to showcase our research and
development within Community Psychology and related fields. The
Conference theme this year is Psychology Making an Impact, and I am
hoping we will have a diverse program that highlights the many aspects
of our research and practice. Information on the Conference and
instructions for submissions can be found on the Conference Website
www.apsconference.com.au <http://www.apsconference.com.au> .

The deadline for submission HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO WEDNESDAY 7TH MARCH
Please let me know if I can be of assistance.

The Community Psychology day is also an opportunity to meet up with
friends and colleagues while attending sessions that contribute to PD
points. Our AGM will be held on the day and discussion of the
sustainability of the College will be a primary agenda item.

If this isn't quite enough to tempt you to Brisbane in September, maybe
the promise of sun and warm sea air will help.
Regards,

Grace
